Helpful manager and staff I called in asking for a quote for repairs on my car. Rebecca was very helpful and offered to have my car looked at. Chris Peltier Made my not great experience better I started off with a sales person who seemed very confident in all of the vehicles. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised by how easy everything I started off with a sales person who seemed very confident in all of the vehicles. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised by how easy everything was compared to poor experiences at other dealerships. We were told that they would cover the cost of registration. I live in New Hampshire, and their registration is much different than Massachusetts. They clearly were not familiar with New Hampshire registration cost. When they deliver the car and met me at Townhall to register it, registration was about $305. Their driver was sent with a check that he could not write for more than $200. The driver called a bunch of people at the dealership trying to figure out if he could write the check for The cost of the registration like I was told but everybody said no they would not pay more than $200. There was a line so I paid the rest out of pocket because I didn’t want to make everybody wait. The next day I called back and spoke to the sales person that I had been dealing with and I had told him what happened and that I was pretty bummed because I was not prepared to pay $105 out of pocket. He then explained that he told me that it was a $200 limit. That was never said to my husband or myself. We signed a paper that said Lia Toyota it would cover registration cost. Trying to contact the sales person again and not hearing back from him I was getting pretty frustrated. Not only w he then explained that he told me that it was a $200 limit. Not only did they miss a few spots detailing the interior of the car ( there was mold and crumbs in a spot on the dashboard that I had to clean, not from me.). Also there were scratches on the passenger side of the vehicle. I was less concerned about the scratches, none of which were there when I was looking at the vehicle, then I was with what I had to pay out of pocket when I was not prepared to as well as the mold and crumbs inside the car. It was disgusting. About two weeks later I finally was able to get a hold of so also there were scratches on the passenger side of the vehicle. He then contacted the title clerk within the company and he was told that it must be money that I had owed the state. This is impossible because I just moved up here and this is the first vehicle I’ve registered up here. After some digging he discovered that they just did not realize the cost for New Hampshire registration. And at this point there was no way he could reimburse me for that amount. He did say that he could send me store credit for that amount to order anything for the vehicle that I might need. I do not care about the scratches on the side, they’re not very dark and the this is impossible because I just moved up here and this is the first vehicle I’ve registered up here. After some digging he discovered that they just did not realize the cost for New Hampshire registration. And at this point there was no way he could reimburse me for that amount. He did say that he could send me store credit for that amount to order anything for the vehicle that I might need. I do not care about the scratches, and at this point there’s no way to prove that the vehicle came to me this way because it already had been a few weeks. He was very helpful and definitely made the experience better. I would not go back to the original sales person, if I were to get another vehicle here I would go to Chris. More

Lindsay and Brianna go out of their way to make sure our vehicles are taken care of as they would there own. We currently own a 2002 tundra and a 2016 highlander. Lied to Long story short, we were told by the salesman that the car was certified. Then at final paperwork signing, we were told NO the car was NOT certified Long story short, we were told by the salesman that the car was certified. Then at final paperwork signing, we were told NO the car was NOT certified and they attempted to sell an extended warranty but said that it was "included in the payment" in such a way that made it appear as though they were including it not adding MORE to the payment. This was untrue...the charge for the warranty would be $3300 over the life of the loan. When we went to walk away, the finance salesman Koren, left the office then came back 3 minutes later and said "Great news! The car IS certified!" BUT they did not have ANY paperwork to prove this and claimed we'd get the paperwork upon delivery of the vehicle. The whole thing didn't sound right so we left. The next day, the salesman Jerzy called my husband and said that "they know how much your wife loved the car so they'd certify it at no additional cost if we went through with the deal." Wait so NOW the car IS NOT certified again???? WHAT? Lies, tricks, games. Don't buy here! More

Last minute service I was leaving for Florida on the weekend. Decided to get my Tacoma serviced. Brianna Coyle and the service team were able to get me in the day befor I was leaving for Florida on the weekend. Decided to get my Tacoma serviced. Brianna Coyle and the service team were able to get me in the day before the holiday. They were efficient getting me in and out, reviewed the results of my multi-point inspection and did not replace any worn parts without asking my permission. A great dealership to work with. More
