Thank You For The Amazing Service! I had been experiencing a problem with my power windows and door locks. The problem would come and go and I had been dealing with it until one day the I had been experiencing a problem with my power windows and door locks. The problem would come and go and I had been dealing with it until one day the windows and door locks stopped working all together. I stopped in at Lia Toyota in Northampton and spoke with Rebecca (the service manager) she had thought the problems were related and got my car into the shop right away. Rebecca came and got me a little while later where she and the technician (Brian) showed me the wiring that runs in between the door and the actual body of the car had corroded and broke. I immediately thought the repair would cost a fortune because it was the entire wiring harness. When Rebecca told me the entire repair was under $200.00 I was extremely happy. They replaced the wiring harness and I now have my power windows and doors back. Amazing service and staff - Thank You!!!!! More
