Worst customer service ever experienced. Worst customer service I ever experienced. Six hours for routine service which in the past never took longer than two hours. They argued about extending deadline on a coupon I was not able to use because their schedule was full. Refused to provide service requests always granted in the past. They damaged my car and did not completely fill it with oil. Dealership ignored me until I contacted the corporate office, and problems have not yet been remedied. Something has gone seriously wrong at this dealership. After seven years, Lia Toyota will lose me as a customer. I will never buy a car from them again and will never again use them for servicing. More

customer service out in the cold I was very pleased with the prompt service from Lindsay Hart. I did not like seeing her with a jacket & gloves on at her desk in the cold service bay I was very pleased with the prompt service from Lindsay Hart. Brianna Coyle provided me with excellent customer service when I dropped off and picked up my car. Brianna called me when my car was ready to pick up. The repair was made in less time than predicted. We did have running boards installed on our Tacoma. The service advisor, Danielle Berry, was very courteous and helpful to schedule our appointment for the installation. Everyone in the service and also the parts department were very courteous and helpful. More
