Very happy to buy a vehicle during covid 19. Spent more time than expected waiting for dealer to process paperwork and get me on my way. Went back the next day to sign papers and the finance manager kept me and my wife waiting 40 minutes after the time of appointment while our kids were being taken care of(they knew that). Took over a week for registration. Again, very happy with vehicle and ability to buy. Just don’t expect a smooth experience as all businesses are figuring out how to cope with this. Jerzy was great and put me in a great vehicle. Didn’t have enough support behind him when he needed it. More

Lindsay has been upfront and honest in guidance, working to achieve the best outcome. The 4 Runner just gave in to frame rust and had to be replaced. A week later the rear axel on the Tacoma rusted through and leaked gear oil, requiring a major repair. We trust Lindsay and appreciate her patient explanations and assessments as well as her efforts to get the best outcome. More
So grateful to Cameron Greene and service tech Brian who pulled my driver's side seat and found my mom's ring. I also appreciated their help and advice about my broken backup monitor. I did not, however, appreciate the decision, made higher up the chain of command, that the backup monitor, which broke with a mere touch in my less-than-year-old-car, was NOT covered by the 3 year warranty.
