Really great experience with Lia Toyota of Northampton when I bought my certified pre-owned RAV4. Jerzy was my sales person, and he is a kind gentleman who took his time explaining the process to me, as when I bought my certified pre-owned RAV4. Jerzy was my sales person, and he is a kind gentleman who took his time explaining the process to me, as well as showing me how all the dashboard functionality worked. No hard sell, just provided me with the info I needed. Picked up my sparkling clean new-to-me vehicle with a full tank of gas, an already booked six month check up appointment (as per warranty), and a feeling of satisfaction with the entire experience. My one consistent complaint about Lia Toyota of Northampton is their phone system. Getting an appointment with service is very difficult. It takes multiple steps to get connected; very often I'm switched to another phone which rings and rings, then cuts off. Getting a service appointment should be direct and much easier. More
