I would not recommend Lia Toyota of Northampton. This experience has soured us on Lia dealerships. No one calls you back. We were chastised by the salesman for calling the sales manager directly. We were told an automatic car starter is included in the premium level of the car we bought which it isn’t. Then told that if it is in writing they will put it in. Why would I have it in writing if it comes “standard” with the premium level car. For vehicle delivery Lia was very understaffed according to dealer. We can’t hold that against the dealer. However, we were told we could pick the car up Thursday and it would take an hour. We waited till Friday and all of a sudden the new car pickup takes 4 1/2 hours. Which didn’t include a MA state sticker because we couldn’t stay any longer. While sitting waiting no one kept us in the loop about when the car would be ready. We had to keep bothering the salesman. Ordered the car with certain accessories. Was told we would need to come back to have them installed since they hadn’t been ordered. Why wouldn’t the dealer order them when they knew the car was due to arrive from 1/17-1/22? Overall a bad experience compounded by bad customer service. More
