I had an excellent service advisor Philip Lombardi. He was greeting me with a big smile. He knew what I needed and assured me that things would be done to my satisfaction. He got me a ride home so that He was greeting me with a big smile. He knew what I needed and assured me that things would be done to my satisfaction. He got me a ride home so that I did not have to wait there for hours. He called me to report the progress of the work and found me a better deal for my tires. I was extremely satisfied. What I liked most was Philip Lombardi way of talking, he made me feel I was an important customer who would be treated and served well. I am sure I will come back for service. More
