My car broke down on 12/23/23 at 3:pm ; and I called Lia Hyundai of Hartford. I spoke to Venroy Allen, and told him about my situation. He said to bring the car in. Once at the Dealership Venroy went out of Hyundai of Hartford. I spoke to Venroy Allen, and told him about my situation. He said to bring the car in. Once at the Dealership Venroy went out of his way to greet me, and get my car diagnosed. Within an hour I was able to drive out, and be on my way home. I really appreciated the dedication of Service Agent Venroy Allen, being that it was so late in the afternoon when I called him. I really needed my car for work the next morning, and Venroy was able to get it fixed, and on my way home before dark. I lift my hat to this young man, he’s really dedicated to his job.
