LiaHyundai has always been very responsive to my service needs. I currently have a 2019 Elantra SE, and was the victim of an attempted theft, thanks to the video that is showing how easy it is to steal one needs. Not quite so easy as it looked, apparently, because although they wrecked my door handle and lock, they were not able to actually get into the car. Thanks to Venroy Allen, service rep at Lia, my car is now fixed, with the upgraded anti-theft software installed. Venroy made it very easy for me, was eager to assist me, courteous and explained everything clearly, giving me the options for different levels of repairs. The repairs actually took less time than expected, and I was able to get some work done for my job while I waited for it, thanks to the wifi provided by Lia for its customers. More
