I would recommend Tom and Kevin to anyone looking to buy a Hyundai. I was searching for a new Elantra like many others. I recently took a new job which is significantly increasing my daily commute. I was searching for a car with great mileage and you can't beat the Elantra. Tom went above and beyond with his customer service to listen to my needs and contact me as soon as a car was available for a test drive. I met Kevin when I went in for a test drive and he could not have been better. We went for a test drive and he explained all the components of the car. I decided to purchase the car after the test drive and everyone at the dealership worked together and I was able to pick up my new car later that day. When I did pick up my car, Kevin went over every detail of the car so I understood how to operate all the fun components as well as the safety features. He even set up the bluetooth to sync with my iPhone. Everyone at the dealership from Tom, Kevin and Eric in Finance were fantastic. If you are looking for a new car, I suggest you contact Tom and Kevin. It was a great experience. More

Over the past couple months we've been visiting various car dealers and test driving different cars Honda, Mazda, etc. I wanted to make sure I was absolutely going to love what I ended up getting since this was the first new car I was ever purchasing. Other dealers were incredibly rude to us and made us feel like we were wasting their time and wouldn't even talk negotiations with us. I honestly began to give up on the search until we decided to revisit Lia Hyundai. We first stopped in to look at the 2012 accent a couple months previous but they didn't have any on the lot. The first visit was very pleasant, we didn't feel pressured since we were just browsing and Ishmael answered any questions we had. We later returned to test the Elantra and met with Ish again. He was incredibly friendly and has a great personality. Everyone was extremely welcoming and made us feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. I in no way expected to actually purchase a car that day but the deal was too good to pass up and they gave me an good deal on my trade in. The Elantra is a fantastic car and I couldn't be happier but mostly Ishmael and Phil made the process stress-free and easy. I never felt pressured or unwanted regardless of whether I ended up buying the car or not. I'm so happy I returned to Lia and will definitely be recommending their services to others in the future. Very pleasant experience. I went into look at cars and options during lunch and I left with a deposit on the vehicle. I did not expect to make an offer that day but ended up doing so and was pleased with options during lunch and I left with a deposit on the vehicle. Offer, counter offer, another counter offer, done; 7 minutes tops. Picked up car 4 days later and was painless as well. Overall I am pleased with my experience and I love the vehicle. Highly recommended. More

Hyundai is making some great vehicles for a great price. When it came to buying a car, there was no haggling over monthly payments, interest, unnecessary fees, etc. We just talked about the total walk-away price of the car. It made it much much easier to negotiate. More
I had the most wonderful car buying experience at Lia in Hartford. Will Preston was a fabulous salesperson and made me feel comfortable with my decision to go with Hyundai. He went out of his way to make sure that I got what I wanted in my new car. Aside from being very well-versed in the Hyundai brand, Will was also very helpful in the entire proccess of car buying in general. This was my first time purchasing a car and he made the experience truly wonderful and comfortable. We were able to get me into my new car in (less than) 24 hours. Will stayed late with us on a Saturday night and made sure that everything was in order when I picked up the car on Sunday. This really was a very pleasant experience, and I would recommend that anyone looking for a car go here and see Will. Overall, everyone at Lia is very helpful and nice, and Phil Giuliani in the finance department also made the financing proccess very painless. Thank you all! More

I went to Lia Hyundai in Hartford on August 23 in the search for a new car. When I arrived I was greeted by Philip and Kevin. I told them exactly what I was in the market for and Kevin brought me to thos search for a new car. When I arrived I was greeted by Philip and Kevin. I told them exactly what I was in the market for and Kevin brought me to those vehicles. After going for test drives I decided on the Santa Fe. Kevin was so knowledgable about his product and not once did I ever feel pressured. Next was dealing with the finance side of it. Philip was so friendly and answered all of my questions. He explained Siconiz to me and it was the perfect fit because of all the extra people always in my car. I have bought other cars before and working with Kevin and Philip made this experience so much more enjoyable. I have already told other people in the market for a car to go see Kevin and Philip at Hyundai and in a few years when I'm ready for another new car I will definitely be back to see them. More
I recently went to Lia Hyundai of Hartford to buy a new car after owning mine for 6 years. I just graduated from graduate school and was looking for a new car to go with my new career! I was hesitant about going to a dealership on my own, as I am female, and have felt taken advantage of at other dealerships when bringing my car in for service. The fees I walked into were more walking out and led to no money in my pocket and a lot of frustration after my visit. This was NOT the case at Lia Hyundai of Hartford! I was greeted by a salesman out front who asked me how I was doing and if I needed help with anything. I explained to him what I was looking for, how much I could afford, what I could get for my trade in, etc. I had done some research before I went in so I would have a good idea whether or not I was getting a deal. The salesman walked me inside and introduced me to the managers who also greeted me with a smile and asked how I was doing. The salesman and managers worked together as a team to help me out and listened to what I was saying. I also worked with a friendly finance manager there who gave me many options on products and financing that was affordable for me. I never felt pushed into buying anything or rushed through the process and I was able to take my time and decide for myself what was best! Overall, it was a great experience! More
