Well, when we arrived we were greeted by a young man who was interested in listening to what we were interested in looking at. He could not have been nicer or more professional. If there was something he wasn't sure about, he found someone who could answer our question. We were very pleased with the entire process. There was no high pressure sales tactics just professional dealings. When we got down to making the actual deal we found out that the mailing was not just a come-on.
