I purchased a 2013 Tucson and it ended up having a few problems I was unaware about. I was so disappointed but Ibrahim ensured the issues were fixed immediately and thoroughly. He honored my requests to not have parts fixed but replaced. The car runs perfectly now and I am pleased as always with Lia! More

Best experience buyin a car ever! Deen greeted at the door, I came looking for a good deal and a specific vehicle. There was no pressure, they gave me time to think and I bought the car that day for a terrific price in my budget. I was stopped by a shopper in walmarts who loved my car. I sent them to Jennings road in Hartford and told her to ask for deen. More
Cliche' - Run Up Repair Costs on Customer Most disappointing service I have experienced. Took my car for brakes to be serviced, and walked away with a Huge Bill and interestingly missed the m Most disappointing service I have experienced. Took my car for brakes to be serviced, and walked away with a Huge Bill and interestingly missed the most dangerous issue with my car and that was a Tie Rod that needed repair was not identified. This started with the service department telling me that they could not turn my rotors because they were to rusted. The rotors on my Sonata had never been turned prior. After the manager saying that he would not allow my rotors to be turned, and that if I took the car away from the dealer I had to pay a large amount of labor costs, I was also informed that they had already started unapproved repairs. Finally with the "existing" labor cost hanging over my head I agreed to go forward with the repairs. These repairs included having the alignment done, interestingly the next day I took my car to NY State for Inspection and Emissions testing and was told that I had a bad Tie Rod. How can you align a car with a Tie Rod that is not stable? They tested my battery to tell me that needed replacement, but they never told me a dangerous issue existed with my Tie Rod. My advice, find a good local mechanic or go to another Hyundai dealer for service. More
