Jose gave me great service. I came in today because I was in need of a car just got into a car accident a week ago my car got totaled and I had 4 days left of my rental. With me going to work Monday thru Friday and school on sat and Sunday I was in need of a car today. Jose greeted me as soon as I walked in and right away I felt a good vibe with just the greeting. He did an amazing job at breaking everything down for me and helping me understand. I had a million questions but he was very patient and answer all my questions over and over for me. However, I have to say that my experiences with the Lia Service department have without exception been absolutely excellent. They have been even better since Chris Derrick took over the leadership of the department. If the sales department ran as efficiently as the service department it would take the dealership to the next level. Chris and his entire service team do an excellent job each and every day! More

Made things right I bought a used vehicle a few years ago. I asked several times if the car was covered for the remainder of the 10 year-100,000 mile warranty. I was t I bought a used vehicle a few years ago. I asked several times if the car was covered for the remainder of the 10 year-100,000 mile warranty. I was told each time that it was. I now find out that this is not true. These people lied to me to make a sale. I reached out to the then general manager several times but he never responded. Mike Bianchi came on as general manager a few months ago. He was sympathetic and offered to make things right. I went into the dealership and they worked with me to get me into another vehicle that has a warranty. I appreciate being heard and the efforts they made to rectify the situation. I believe this dealership is now customer friendly and highly recommend it. More
