blue tooth radio problem I love the service dept.at Lia Hyundia of Hartford Ct. My 2015 Sonata was over the the 3 Yr warranty on radio but I only had 28,000 mi when the probl I love the service dept.at Lia Hyundia of Hartford Ct. My 2015 Sonata was over the the 3 Yr warranty on radio but I only had 28,000 mi when the problem of no blue tooth occurred after a service visit to update software. They assured me that had nothing to do with loosing the blue tooth function.and said I needed a new radio which I was not prepared to pay out of pocket, so I was frustrated and asked if there was anything they could do. The service person named Dane Morissette said he would contact Hyundai and ask for a good will gesture of a free new radio for me. So nice of him and it worked! Hyundai sent the radio and I had it installed in less than 2 wks.free of any chatges. Hooked up blue tooth again and I'm one very happy customer! Thank you Lia, Dane Morissette and the Hyundai Corp. customer service. Get a Hyundai from Lia of Hartford, they have the best service personnel! More
Great Service Department I have a 2013 Sonata and have been going to the dealer for maintenance since the car was brand new. Dane Morrissette has helped me most of the times I have a 2013 Sonata and have been going to the dealer for maintenance since the car was brand new. Dane Morrissette has helped me most of the times I have been there. He has always been truthful and upfront about any service that is needed or recommended. He is very knowledgeable about my car and I feel comfortable asking him questions about the car. I would highly recommend going to Lia for any service needed on your Hyundai and ask for Dane. More

Routine Service I brought my car in for routine service and was very pleased. Dane Morisette assisted me and he saved me another trip by knowing that a recall notic I brought my car in for routine service and was very pleased. Dane Morisette assisted me and he saved me another trip by knowing that a recall notice on my model had been issued a few days before my appointment. He was able to see that this recall was addressed at the same appointment for my oil change. He called me when my vehicle was ready which was done in half the time I had expected. In all, it was a very positive experience and I give all the credit to Dane. Elaine Auger More
Misleading diagnosis At around 25000 miles lia told me I needed a new battery. I was going into summer and had noticed no problems so I decided to wait and get a battery At around 25000 miles lia told me I needed a new battery. I was going into summer and had noticed no problems so I decided to wait and get a battery elseware. In the mean time tires had less than 1/16 inch on treads and this was not noticed. Went back 6 mo later for oil change and battery was fine..A year later at 35000 I was told I needed a battery and new drive belt. Took the car to my local service station who I trust and they said battery needed change but drive belt looked.fine showing only normal wear. I was suspicious after battery experience and then to have drive belt problems when it should be good till 60000 or 72 mo, neither of which I was near. It makes me suspicious that this dealer is making up repairs. Needless to say I will not be going back. Too bad because they present very professionally. More
