I received a recall for my 2019 Kona EV. I was able to schedule my service on-line. Upon arrival Hector Morales explained what was going to happen. I was able to get work done at a desk with free Wi-Fi schedule my service on-line. Upon arrival Hector Morales explained what was going to happen. I was able to get work done at a desk with free Wi-Fi while I waited. The service was done in less than an hour. The check out process was quick and easy.
