Matthew Bartman was at the ready with very last minute requests for add ons for my vehicle! So helpful, and saved me a trip to come back. Saved me some $$$, too, by letting me know one item I wanted was g requests for add ons for my vehicle! So helpful, and saved me a trip to come back. Top-notch assistance with Muhammad Arshad and his newer sales representative, Michael Cylaku. I had been looking for a while, and have gotten a feel for various sales managers, etc. WOW! Muhammad comes acr sales representative, Michael Cylaku. I had been looking for a while, and have gotten a feel for various sales managers, etc. WOW! Muhammad comes across as a regular guy, but he is extremely capable, very detail oriented, and is able to tornado through a lot of information with the preciseness of an Olympic skater, and can explain well. He really goes the extra mile to get you the best deal and misses nothing. Muhammad does not give a hard sell or try to convince you with over-used cliches that can make people cringe and hate buying a car. He looks like a good teacher for his newer recruit, Michael, who is very polite and helpful. Muhammad ia an exemplary role model for him to learn how to be a great salesperson. And I love my new Hyundai!! More

Service really did a good deed! I expected to be gouged when I could not get my oil filter off my used car I just bought - but they took care of it and did not use as excuse to char I expected to be gouged when I could not get my oil filter off my used car I just bought - but they took care of it and did not use as excuse to charge me for a stripped thread for example - but rather changed the filter and oil for free!! I was amazed. The sales rep "Mo" unfortunately LIED to my face about the maintenance plan being required for the financing to be approved - don't fall for it - took me 4 months to get refunded the almost 4K cost for that plan (Thanks Sara). Wells Fargo informed me that this happens all the time so I know it wasn't a mistake. But the service team did the right thing!!! Thanks Lia! More

Due to my very demanding job as a Practice Manager in a healthcare facility, I really don’t have time to bring my car to the dealership to be looked at for recalls and so forth. Dane Morissette is an amazi healthcare facility, I really don’t have time to bring my car to the dealership to be looked at for recalls and so forth. Dane Morissette is an amazing technician who makes the experience at the dealership a very pleasant one!! He has great customer service skills and he is extremely knowledgeable! I can continue working while my car gets checked, and I can trust that Dane will keep me posted, keeping me informed at all times. There’s no that much wait at all!
