And especially when they return the car after service they don’t spend any time going over the work that was performed and the results. Hector Morales got me in and out in a reasonable amount of time for my routine service appointment. My only comment is that the dealership should have sent a text or email letting me know their procedure of time for my routine service appointment. They used to come out to your car in the service bay to check you in, note your mileage and take your keys, then you went inside to the service desk. This time I sat in my car in the service drive through for 15 minutes before someone came out and told me I needed to leave my car and come inside to check in. More

I had the pleasure of working with Joseph Figueiredo, he was respectful, calm and very professional. He show no signs of irritation or annoyance. He was very helpful in answering my questions with patience. He walked me through the steps of what needed to be done. I brought the car in, he was very helpful in getting me to and from the dealer when my car was ready. This was so convenient and one less other thing to stress about.
