Upon pulling into the service area, I was immediately offered help. The service rep, Venroy Allen quickly found my appointment. Since I purchased the extended warranty when I bought the car, I was hoping offered help. The service rep, Venroy Allen quickly found my appointment. Since I purchased the extended warranty when I bought the car, I was hoping that my issue would be covered. He explained the process of how the car would be looked at, and then Zurich would be contacted.. I took the seat and waited for the results. I was just told that the issue was not covered by the insurance and given an estimate. Before I had time to make a decision about having the work done Venroy returned with different results., The issue was not what they thought originally and discovered the issue was different. I asked.Venroy if he would contact you again due to this change and find out if it was now covered. since it was going to take some time to get the answer again from the insurance, he offered to give me a call as soon as it was in. I had an errand to do on my way back to the house, and he had called before I was even home. I called him back, and received the good news that it was covered under the warranty. He then scheduled an appointment for me to bring the car back and have it repaired. I believe he did everything possible to make my visit as pleasant as possible. He took his time to explain the issue with the car to a woman who knows zero about these things, and I really appreciated that. The facility is very nice since you had it redone and I appreciate the coffee since my appointment was that a very early hour. Thank you. More
