My car broke down on 12/23/23 at 3:pm ; and I called Lia Hyundai of Hartford. I spoke to Venroy Allen, and told him about my situation. He said to bring the car in. Once at the Dealership Venroy went out of Hyundai of Hartford. I spoke to Venroy Allen, and told him about my situation. He said to bring the car in. Once at the Dealership Venroy went out of his way to greet me, and get my car diagnosed. Within an hour I was able to drive out, and be on my way home. I really appreciated the dedication of Service Agent Venroy Allen, being that it was so late in the afternoon when I called him. I really needed my car for work the next morning, and Venroy was able to get it fixed, and on my way home before dark. I lift my hat to this young man, he’s really dedicated to his job. It seems they are only good when they are trying to convince you to purchase a vehicle. Once you pay them, they are unavailable. Also, after I purchased a brand new vehicle, the navigation maps show convince you to purchase a vehicle. Once you pay them, they are unavailable. Also, after I purchased a brand new vehicle, the navigation maps show incorrect speed limits on roads I travel frequently. Since the vehicle system tracks "your driving" to share with insurance companies, etc., the results are not accurate, and not in my favor. I was told by the "service" department that they don't offer the service to do the map updates "but it's free" they say. Well, no it's not "free" if I have to spend a good amount of time to do the update myself. You would think that for new vehicles at least, that they would offer this. When you decide to do that, I'll update this review. More
