Terrible experience in leasing. First they tried to bait and switch a special they were offering. The sales manager was upset that I had provided the screen shot and agreed to the original deal. Everything was supposedly fine until it was time to pick up the car. They said that the credit check was never ran and when they ran it the day of pickup we did not qualify. But no courtesy call that there were any issues. STAY AWAY from this dealership. More
I bought my first vehicle from the Albany dealership in 2022, from the first service my vehicle needed up until yesterday I have dealt with Timothy Frank, he is so easy to talk to, he explains everything v 2022, from the first service my vehicle needed up until yesterday I have dealt with Timothy Frank, he is so easy to talk to, he explains everything very thoroughly, he walked me around my car explaining what was going to be done and approximately how long it would take, brought me to the counter and checked for any recalls , explained the cost and in detail the service that was going to be provided. Then proceeded to walk to to the waiting room , explained a few more things to me and came back when my vehicle was completed, went over the bill with me , walked me to the payment center and shook my hand and away I went . I can’t say enough good things about him. He is very kind and caring and I feel confident that he is offering me the proper service, I commend him for his customer service skills , it’s very important to me as a female that knows very little about vehicles, i appreciate his honesty. More
I walked in with nothing in my head about even buying anything from Hyundai. I met with Karen and I explained everything that happened and what I was looking for and she knew right away what to show me a anything from Hyundai. It was a phenomenal experience. I have never experienced somebody so kind and thoughtful. Even after I bought the car. She checked in on me make sure everything was okay and I was able to text her to ask her questions about my car. I still can. What a wonderful dealership! What a wonderful way. They work down to the warranty that my own bank didn't really pay attention to. I will absolutely go back even to have my car checked on it will go there. Thank you Hyundai and Karen so much More

Beautiful dealership. I was paired with a new, training salesman, Jomar Irizarry, he was professional and pleasant, as you would expect from a salesman. He was lacking in some of the infomation for the model I was inquiring about, but I think with more experience, he'll make a great salesman. That did not detract from my experience, and he was up front with me about being new, which was appreciated. There is one ongoing issue right now, there was no charger in the EV, but Jomar is working to remedy the issue. The price was a little higher than I was comfortable with, but the management knocked it down to get me in my comfort range. I even added an extra service on the vehicle at a reduced price point, which I was very happy with. Overall, I would give them a 5, but without that home charger, it's a little frustrating, but I have confidence they will come through for me. Highly recommend! More
