Don Mclennan in particular is always kind and efficient when I bring my car in for service. He makes the extra effort to recognize me by name and by vehicle, provides timely updates via cell phone when necessary, and confirms an estimated time when my car will be available to pick up. Simply an awesome dude! As a relatively new driver with limited experience and knowledge with the technical aspects of automotive repair/service, other service reps have sometimes condescended to me, made me feel unimportant, or refused to take the time to explain suggested services to me. Don and the other reps at Lia always make sure I am well informed of the status of my vehicle and take the time not only to let me know what services they need to perform, but why they are necessary, what parts of the car they affect, and any pricing options I might have.
