Courteous Service by Service Department I needed to have a NY state inspection and oil change/tire rotation. The service rep, Donald Mclennan, was very courteous and explained all parts, lab I needed to have a NY state inspection and oil change/tire rotation. The service rep, Donald Mclennan, was very courteous and explained all parts, labor and costs. He even found me an online coupon to get a discount on the work which was better than the ones I received in the service flyers. After about 40 minutes Donald advised me that an all wheel alignment was needed to correct uneven tire wear which my wife was complaining about before the service appointment. I was advised of the added cost and time in a courteous manner. I had mentioned that I would be going down south on a trip and Donald was concerned that the alignment be done before the high mileage drive..
