Better training for sales persons? Cam was a nice guy but the worst sales person I ever worked with. I had to correct his math on the proposed worksheet! also when I left with the car h Cam was a nice guy but the worst sales person I ever worked with. I had to drive all the way back from Greene County to Albany to get the key. He did not apologize! He works with people's keys every day and should know better. He should have offered to bring the key to me! Also he did not go over any features of the car with me, he simply told me that what I needed to know was "in the book" thanks a lot. Thankfully Randy in the business office was on the ball, very professional and the rest of the staff was also courteous. More

typical "Car Sale" - lack of follow through ie. integrity the gang that can't shoot straight...lost 2nd key at delivery - took 2 - 60 miles trips on my part to get that basic need addressed.
