Great salesman, not so great dealership The touchscreen interface was not properly set up, not just the navigation, but the basic factory settings were wrong. There were non-functioning buttons that had nothing to do with calibration, just really bad software. I was charged $400 for the tow package, but my time considerations forced me to bring it to UHAUL myself and saw that they were only charging Lia $325, There were no floor mats No new car smell The sales guy was great, I totally would have walked out several times. He sold me the car, the dealership fell flat More
