Unfortunately bad luck struck and that car was totaled so I paid another visit to Terrence and Lia Hyundai of Albany. At first the lot only contained every color car except the one I had wanted. Then a miscommunication caused to wrong car to show up in a transfer. But through it all Terrence was a genuinely great sales representative. He communicated with me throughout the entire process, constantly updating me in regards to the status of my car search. He even went through lengths to streamline the financing portion of the process which was burdensome the last purchase. I would definitely recommend Terrence and Lia to any of my friends and family. More

They were understanding in what we wanted, and they were not trying to persuade us into something we were not interested in. Adam even was quick to share with us about a program Hyundai has for those that need adaptations to their car, such as myself.
