Good sales, not so friendly service I had a very good experience in purchasing my new car. However, they had to order an accessory I wanted. When it came in, my salesperson, Tyle, called I had a very good experience in purchasing my new car. However, they had to order an accessory I wanted. When it came in, my salesperson, Tyle, called me and I came in the same day as planned. It's important to note that I drive 2 hours to go to this dealership because our local one is truly TERRIBLE. Anyway, when I arrived and approached the service guys, I was told that I needed an appointment and there was no way it could be put on that day. I told him that I had been called to come in and have them put on (window visors). Instead of asking me to wait and checking with my salesperson, he was just insisted that I needed an appointment. I can't describe his cranked up, annoyed, curt mannerism, but it was not fun. I walked out front to the customer service person on the floor with tears in my eyes. She found Tyler and a service guy came and got my car right away. While I was waiting, the rude man came and apologized to me in a super fast "drive by" mumbled apology and was back out the door in less than 10 seconds. So, sales department gets a 8 or 9 Service a 5 so far (2 weeks into owning the car) More

This is my first Hyundai and I'm still acclimating to the change but am happy with the car nonetheless. I hadn't purchased a vehicle since 2003 and was not thrilled about the prospect of getting another car at all. I had a Honda Accord and I loved my car. When I test drive a Honda this time around I wasn't happy with my options. I had test driven the Sonata at Lia Hyundai and was much happier with the experience and so I decided to lease the car. I feel I made the right decision and would make the same choice again. More
