It was a phenomenal experience. I have never experienced somebody so kind and thoughtful. Even after I bought the car. She checked in on me make sure everything was okay and I was able to text her to ask her questions about my car. I still can. What a wonderful dealership! What a wonderful way. Beautiful dealership. I was paired with a new, training salesman, Jomar Irizarry, he was professional and pleasant, as you would expect from a salesman. He was lacking in some of the infomation for the model I was inquiring about, but I think with more experience, he'll make a great salesman. That did not detract from my experience, and he was up front with me about being new, which was appreciated. There is one ongoing issue right now, there was no charger in the EV, but Jomar is working to remedy the issue. The price was a little higher than I was comfortable with, but the management knocked it down to get me in my comfort range. I even added an extra service on the vehicle at a reduced price point, which I was very happy with. Overall, I would give them a 5, but without that home charger, it's a little frustrating, but I have confidence they will come through for me. Highly recommend! More
