ALWAYS great service. I have been taking my 2013 Santa Fe back to Lia Hyundai for every service since I purchased it in November of 2012. Between Dave and Daryl I have neve I have been taking my 2013 Santa Fe back to Lia Hyundai for every service since I purchased it in November of 2012. James is a rare one he sells cars w/ out the abuse of how much money can he get out of the customer. If possible James / Lia Hyundai will do the deal. No need to walk in mean and tough the experience there was 100% RESPECTFUL!! All you have to do is your homework prior to going out to buy a car and be an educated buyer and remember its your choice to walk away if not happy w/ the end result you negotiated. Sales Consultant, Lenox Wright did an awesome job with walking me through the process and I left out with my new car in a matter of hours. Sales Consultant Lenox Wright was very patient and took the time out to explain the details in the paperwork that I was about to sign. I had one issue with my brand new car about a year after bought it. I brought it in and it was never fixed. With what they did they caused another issue with my car. I brought this to the attention of the service manager. He did nothing to fix the problem of my car but make excuses and do everything to cover up the problem but not fix it. Carmen, the service manager is very unprofessional. I went to the manager of Lia Hyundai, Chris and at first he kissed my xxx to make sure I was happy, but once again I was let down. Chris also did not get my car fixed. I received more stories from him. They are very disorganized there. They gave me an invoice from a few weeks prior when I was there and I'm still waiting for my invoice and its been a month. Lia Hyundai of Albany is a joke. They kiss your xxx so you buy a car from them but once they get your money they do not give a xxxx about you or your car. My car is still not fixed. I will never do business there again. I have let all my family and friends know how they do business and now I'm letting everyone else know. More
