My experience at this dealership was awful. My salesperson wouldn’t answer my questions and would be evasive with answers when I asked for updates on my car when they didn’t make the promised My salesperson wouldn’t answer my questions and would be evasive with answers when I asked for updates on my car when they didn’t make the promised delivery date. The finance department didn’t answer any of my questions and never responded to my emails. The manager also disregarded my email, called in the window that I asked him not to, and then didn’t get me the totals in time for me to get the cashier’s check from my bank. They didn’t have my insurance set when I arrived for pickup and they gave me bogus excuses for everything. If it weren’t for the fact that this is the only reasonably local dealership that could get the car I want, I would have told them to f*^€ off a month ago. Do not buy from them if you can bring your business elsewhere! More
