If that’s the case, maybe some training in TRUTHFULNESS is in order. At my previous visit for service, I had asked the new female face in the service department if the reason for having to wait so long for an appointment as well as the length of time I had to wait for the service to be completed was due to being understaffed and she replied “Nooooooo! We’re fully staffed, just extremely busy “ . If she had just said that you’re a bit understaffed at the moment, I would not be so upset! That WAS one of the reasons that I used your dealership. Those folks forget that people like ME are the reason you’re in business. You need ME, I don’t need you. WAKE UP!!!! I’ve been an independent businessman for 40 years and without EXCELLENT customer service (NOT BULL@$#*) eventually you’re nothing!
