Upon arriving at the Lia Hyundai Dealership I was immediately greeted by Jomar "Joe" Irizarry-Bonita. He was very cordial and professionally dressed. Joe asked what we were interested in. After finding out my interest, Joe recommended a vehicle that fit my desires. we went for a test drive and I was sold thanks to Joe's knowledge and listening skills. I can't say enough good things about Joe, his helpfulness, caring, politeness, and dedication to ensure I was 100% satisfied. So it goes with every other person at Lia Hyundai, form the Manager, Financial Manager, and "Techy" person. Thank each and everyone of you for a great car buying experience. My experience at this dealership was awful. My salesperson wouldn’t answer my questions and would be evasive with answers when I asked for updates on my car when they didn’t make the promised My salesperson wouldn’t answer my questions and would be evasive with answers when I asked for updates on my car when they didn’t make the promised delivery date. The finance department didn’t answer any of my questions and never responded to my emails. The manager also disregarded my email, called in the window that I asked him not to, and then didn’t get me the totals in time for me to get the cashier’s check from my bank. They didn’t have my insurance set when I arrived for pickup and they gave me bogus excuses for everything. If it weren’t for the fact that this is the only reasonably local dealership that could get the car I want, I would have told them to f*^€ off a month ago. Do not buy from them if you can bring your business elsewhere! More
Mike Carpenter, service associate, is always wonderful. They all know me as I have a 2015 Genesis and have come there always. My only issue is NOT getting a Loaner when I have work done, as was promised They all know me as I have a 2015 Genesis and have come there always. My entire experience from the minute I walked in the door was excellent! I was greeted warmly and met with a salesperson right away. I already knew the car I wanted to lease so my salesperson, Caitlyn got me was excellent! I was greeted warmly and met with a salesperson right away. I already knew the car I wanted to lease so my salesperson, Caitlyn got me set up with a test drive right away. I told her my budget and never ever felt any pressure to go over that. Caitlyn was so personable and easy to talk to. As far as everyone in the dealership, I truly felt like they wanted me to not only be a customer, but a happy customer who comes back for life and I certainly will! They were extremely fair, transparent and efficient. I can’t say enough great things! More
I had 2 very big problems. 1) called them for inspection and fix rearview mirror. 1) Had to call 2 or 3 times because no one would answer the phone. 2) the first woman did n 1) called them for inspection and fix rearview mirror. 1) Had to call 2 or 3 times because no one would answer the phone. 2) the first woman did not know what i was talking about so she had another woman call me. 3) the second woman called me and said i had to buy the parts !!! Why and how can i buy the parts ??? When i am not the mechanic who's working on it and I don't know what's broken and needs to be bought it's the mechanic who's working on it that buys the parts that are broken that needs to be replaced she fought and argued with me and then hung the phone up on me. 4) I contacted the manager and told him she hung the phone up on me and all I wanted was an inspection and my rear view mirror fixed he said he'll take care of it and they never got back to me I left a message for the manager twice and he still did not get back to me. 4) because of this I told them I will never do business with them again so I took my car for an inspection and have the rear view mirror fixed to a mom and pop car shop that I had repair my car in the past. They told me that all four of my tires had dry rot so bad it was dangerous. All four tires had dry rot that was dangerous !!! Now I had the dealer do the inspection on my car for the last several years and now I come to find out that all four of my tires have dry rot so bad it would have taken years for it to develop and the Dealer lied to me on the inspection !!! passed my car on the inspection !!!! when the tires were dry rotted. If I did not take my car to another auto mechanic I would have never known that the dealer was passing inspections !!! on my car with tires that were dangerous. I will never go to this deal or ever again. More
Horrible very unprofessional. Went in for a recall that was supposed to take 2 hours. They kept my car for 3 day. I tried calling the next day and nobody would return my call. I Went in for a recall that was supposed to take 2 hours. They kept my car for 3 day. I tried calling the next day and nobody would return my call. I need my vehicle back the next day to get work and nobody would return my call. It took 3 days to return my vehicle. A 2 hour recall took 3 days. Horrible More
Unprofessional Dealership of all time . .Customer service is Horrible . Parts and Service as well you can never talk to the right person they just transfer you to anyone and if you're lucky .Customer service is Horrible . How do you conduct your Business. Never again will I or my family Deal with this Dealership More
