After online research, I set out to shop several brands. The first 4 sales people tried to sell me whatever color they had on the lot. One sales person even tried to sell me a used, maroon Town & Country, I laughed in her face and left.. By the time I met Brandon Shields at Lia Honda, I wasn't expecting much. I explained to him exactly what I wanted, just as I had at the other dealerships. He asked me to wait a moment, then pulled up in a 2016, fuel efficient, white Pilot. Not only was it everything I wanted, but it had a moonroof and leather also. He was the only sales person that actually listened without trying to push his own agenda. I was sold.
