What Others Say

I recently purchased my second Honda from Rob Dawes. I would recommend Rob to anyone looking to be a new or used Honda!

I recently purchased a vehicle from LIA Honda, and I couldn't be more impressed with the exceptional service I received from my salesman, Jai Patel. From start to finish he made the entire process smooth, stress free, and enjoyable. JP answered all my questions with patience, and took the time to help me find the perfect vehicle for my needs and budget.

I took my car with 12,000 miles on it for an inspection and they told me I needed all 4 brakes replaced to the tune of $1700.00 . I bought my last two car at Lia ....I will not be going back ...........I took the car to another place and my Brakes passed with flying colors ........They will try to cheat you

Cheikh Méite did a fabulous job helping my wife get her new 2023 CR-V hybrid. We were able to negotiate a payment that matched her budget, made her happy, and made my life easier. Kudos!

I wouldn't recommend going here if you want a Prologue or EV. The staff are not knowledgeable about EVs and discourage you from buying or leasing one. They also gave us bad advice on the access of chargers. When I called to talk it through, they were inflexible right up to the general manager of the dealership. Basically, they advised us to take a credit for a charging network that we don't have any access to rather than a credit toward a home charger. Now, we're having to spend another $1,000 to get a home charger and are stuck with a useless $750 charging credit. The general manager had zero sympathy and kept passing the buck to "corporate." I think you can do way better than Lia Honda in Albany, especially for EVs.

Myron Simon helped me find a car. He was very patient and understanding. Would def recommend him and this dealership to others.
