He then walked the lot with me showing me all the color choices so that I wouldn't have to choose from a photo in a book. He went the extra mile explaining the features of the car to me, and walking me through the paperwork to make my new car a reality. Painless experience After my last service LIA had said they would be interested in my car. I had no ntention of buying a new car but was in the area so I stopped in. Everyone I dealt with was courteous but Robert Martino was especially helpful, courteous and personable. Because of him and the deal he and LIA offered, I traded in my 2014 for a new 2016. Robert met me at the door the next morning. All paper work was complete and I drove away in less than an hour. Kudos to Robert and LIA. This is the fourth car I have bought from them and will definitely buy from them again. More
