Poor Customer service for repeat customers. Be careful purchasing a car at Lia Honda. They will squeeze every dollar out of you without giving anything in return. They also spring things on you at the last moment like bringing in the title so you have to pay and extra $65 fee if you don't have one. Also, our car was full of scratches. You would think they would have waived the title fee. Every business has friendly employees while taking your money, its how you are treated after. Lia Honda is why used car salesmen are looked don't on. I will not make the same mistake again by giving them any more business. More
