He was very knowledgeable on the car that I ultimately bought, and even owned one of them. I was pleased with his laid back attitude, as I find most salesmen to be pushy and aggressive. Don't rely on their commitment I was told car will be done on Friday then was pushed to Saturday finally they said Monday afternoon. When arriving at the dealership, Megan was not there so Manny took over. I have nothing but great things to about him. Very easy going but knowledgable too. He was happy to show me many different models on the lot and try a couple. No pressure. I really liked his sales style. When I picked up the car two days later, Megan was there to greet me and Manny came in on his day off just to get me up and running in the new vehicle. He really showed a very high level of expertise regarding this vehicle that had all the "bells and whistles," and helped program in all the preferences etc. He knew every detail about that car. Even when I thought he was wrong about a few things, I was the one proved wrong (e.g, no camera on the mirror and no lock on the tailgate)! 10 out of 10. More
