Pair that with Jennifer Foss, Lia's Finance Manager, and the "bumper-to-bumper" buying experience was amazing. Jennifer found financing for me that was within my budget and had allowed me to seek my own financing if I wanted. I chose to finance through Jennifer's recommendation and am very happy. He was very easy to talk to and was very matter of fact about the whole process. The other people I dealt with were another story. The lady from the financial department tried to pressure me into working with a bank I had never heard of and gave me attitude when I refused to do what she wanted. I stuck to my guns and eventually walked away with what I wanted. I feel really good about my purchase and I love my 2013 Hyundai Elantra. Manny the salesman was awesome. Even though it is 2017 ,in several instances, I was treated as if I were "the little woman" who couldn't possibly be capable of negotiating a deal or in fact understanding what car I "should buy". From pushy sales people and the hard sell , to sales managers who couldn't ' be bothered to speak with me at my request, to ridiculous offers, it was every nightmare searching for a new car as a woman could be. Not so with Lia Honda. I cannot speak as to other Lia salespeople, but Jason Cross is the best. He made the whole experience as pleasant as it can be. He treated me as a serious capable customer at all times, gave me his full attention, stayed in good humor, and worked really hard to accomplish the deal I wanted. Absolutely fantastic experience buying new Odyssey I live over an hour away from this dealer and had been hoping to work with some of the more local dealers in my area, but i am so happy that I decided I live over an hour away from this dealer and had been hoping to work with some of the more local dealers in my area, but i am so happy that I decided to make the trip, after speaking with Brooke on the phone.. I ended up buying my new 2018 Honda Odyssey from them on the same day and everything went incredibly smoothly, with everyone involved absolutely courteous, knowledgeable and helpful... and most importantly, respecting and understanding exactly what I wanted and didn't want.
