Jason answered all my inquiries, grabbed a tape measurer from the shop so I could measure the actual length and width of cargo space, informed me of other pertinent information that I did not think to ask, and offered a great deal on a new car when I was inquired about pricing, all without any pressure! When I came into Lia Honda looking to lease a new car, the deal didn't go as smoothly as planned but Jay came through and definitely saved my day! The sales man we were working with before hand, gave up on us, literally tore up our paperwork, and left. Jay thankfully picked up where he left off, put all the confusing pieces of the deal back together, and I was able to drive off the lot in a brand new 2018 Honda Civic Sedan! We came in hoping for a good deal and got a great deal with Rob; far better than we imagined on our budget. Rob took his time with us answering our numerous questions with patience. He reviewed all of our options but there was no pressure from Rob and he treated us as valued customers despite our budget, in stark contrast to the salespeople we had spoken to elsewhere. This allowed us to think and to make what we feel was an informed decision and got us a great deal. I did all my research on line, and I new exactly what I wanted. My intention was to visit all the dealerships in the area before deciding to buy the car, but everything changed when we were introduce to Jason L. Cross. He was great and we end up purchasing a 2018 CR-V Touring. Jason was wonderful. He was very layback, friendly, patient and understanding. He gave us all the information we asked for, and all the different options and prices that were available. He didn't rush when helping us and it showed. Jason answered all our question and really listen to what we wanted. He showed us that he wasn't there only to sell a car, but to make sure that we were happy and satisfied with whatever decision we made. This was a very pleasant and relaxing experience from start to finish. He made sure that he was present when we went back to pick the car and took the time to explain all the important feature that the car had before we drove away.
