Bill greeted us with a smile and was calm and easy to talk to. He answered all of our questions and helped us figure out which car was best for us. We negotiated the deal, and again, Bill was easy going and easy to work with. Once we had a deal we liked he got everything set and we drove away in our brand new car just a few hours later! The salesman was very personable and didn’t pressure me at all during the transaction. He made it very easy to narrow down my choices and find something in my price range, as well as review the histories to find the best quality pre-owned vehicle that I could. Communication was good, and the process was hassle-free from start to finish. Very pleased with my experience, and my new-to-me Civic! More

Grant Little was amazing. So personable, down to earth, and helpful. He made sure we understood exactly what was happening each step of the way so we didn't feel like we weren't in control of the situation. Absolutely the best car buying experience is at Lia Honda!! Also a shout out to Jennifer Foss who bent over backwards around our crazy work schedules to make sure that we were able to get into the car by the very next evening. Oh, and the ONLY defect on the car was a dent near the back fender. By the next day when I picked it up they even pulled that out to the point where you can barely tell it was there. More
