Friendly, Honest, Respectful and even FUN experience! I was in the market for a very specific car to trade in my 07 CRV for. I loved my 07, but 11 years later, I had to succumb to the new technology (even I was in the market for a very specific car to trade in my 07 CRV for. I loved my 07, but 11 years later, I had to succumb to the new technology (even though it would have driven another 100k miles)! Lia Honda in Albany was pretty much the only place that had what I wanted (18, CRV-Touring, Olive Metallic Green). Jason Cross was the first person I met to speak about this car. Jason literally hustled to get the car to the front of the dealership for me to see and test drive it. I have done extensive research and knew this was the car for me. The color actually looks greener in the light - very interesting color. Jason went above and beyond to help me obtain this car. He did everything from work with the NY DMV (I just moved to Albany from NJ) to work with my insurance company in NJ. It's evident (to me) that Jason understands providing outstanding customer service.I never once felt 'pressured' during the negotiation process, and Jason came through with everything for me. Lia Honda is lucky to have Jason on their team. Also, a shout out to Brendan for the credit/warranty experience-easy and great service.
