I recently had some routine service on my Honda Crosstour at Lia Honda of Albany. Steve Smith, my service representative, was right there to greet me by name when I drove in. I was happy with the service and although it was a little longer than usual, I didn't mind. The waiting room was well spaced out and clean. In fact, a gentleman came through and cleaned as I was waiting. John Kelty, the Service Manager, stopped to say a quick hello as he passed through too, which was very kind. Joe Wiley was friendly and courteous. I was not sure if I needed a new battery since I had not driven my car much these last few months. A tester was immediately put on the battery and confirmed the battery needed a new battery since I had not driven my car much these last few months.
