I recently purchased a Honda CR-V from Lia Honda, Albany, NY. SHAWNE VITAL walked me through the process and all the necessary paperwork. He was a very good salesman - patient,, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. The only negative issue was the length of time it took to complete the transaction.. At the end, there was only enough time to go through a few of the features of the new car - in particular the electronic commands and features. As a result, I am still working my way through the book. More
