Since we were over on our miles on our Honda Civic's lease which was not up until February, 2011, I wanted to wait till after Christmas to see our options. I went to this dealership because Melissa was the first person to call me back with an internet quote, and her price was lowest (of 3) for both a coupe and a CR-V (I am actually still waiting to hear back person to call me back with an internet quote, and her price was lowest (of 3) for both a coupe and a CR-V (I am actually still waiting to hear back from one of the 5 dealerships I contacted!). She was willing to fit after-market heated seats (my "only" requirement besides 4 wheel drive) into a lower cost model CR-V if that is all I could afford. Phil was cheerful and professional, despite it being an internet sale with a lower commission, and took me on several test drives of different models, answering all my questions and contacting me after the sale several times to see if I had questions. I was very impressed by the dealership and will probably be taking my car an hour from home to get it serviced there for major services, because the staff are so friendly and helpful and knew their stuff. More
