He is very patient and works with you until you are sure about the car you want. Phil was very attentive to my needs, he showed me several cars even though I had one pretty much picked out. He even told me about cars that were coming in that week so I felt no pressure to buy any car in particular. Phil is very knowledgable about the used car inventory, he remembers the previous owners in some cases. If you tell him what your looking for, he will find the right vehicle for you. If you are shopping for a new Honda, Lia is the best place to go and Phil knows the whole Honda line very well. I highly recommend the Lia dealership in Colonie, especially. If you want to find a used or new car, I would ask for Phil and I know you will have a positive experience. Traded in a CR-V for a new CR-V. They offered me a very fair price on my trade. I got a very good Rate. Mark in sales, and Scott in financing were very up front and honest.
