Curious I opened it only to find that it was a direct mail solicitation from the General Manager of Lia Honda, Michael Foote. I could never do business with an entity in which senior management would tolerate let alone participate in a trick to get their message out Car dealers already have a bad reputation for honesty in general. It's a pity that Lia's marketing strategy reenforces this reputation. . There are less deceptive dealerships in the immediate Albany area to deal with. More

Excellent Customer Service, poor sales follow-up to date. Joseph is great. We have had several interactions with him over the past couple of years. He is friendly and attentive and customer-driven. I wish I could say the same about our post-delivery follow up which has been, in a word, non-existent. We took delivery of our C-RV on October 27, 2014 and we assured that we would get a follow-up call to be sure we were satisfied and to answer any questions we had. We never heard one word from either the salesman or the Sales Office. When I called to arrange the 1000 complimentary inspection (online) (in November), I made specific reference to the lack of follow-up. Service Manager Sean O'Keefe was right on top of scheduling the inspection but I never heard anything from anyone else. I am still waiting. More
