Finally, the service department is head and shoulders above anything I've experienced. State of the art facility with techs that really know their business and are intent on keeping yours. Loaner car program is seamless with service. We had some new car service requiring 3-4 hours and were given a loaner car that permitted us to visit friends and return the car the next afternoon. Victor immediately jumped on the situation and got my vehicle in to service, and i was out the door 2 hours later. Great response to a situation that was not of his making. I should have been more clear with him when i came into the dealership. This is my second time in to the dealership (my first Lexus) and Victor has been terrific both times. He has explained everything that is going to be done on the vehicle, so that i am not left in the dark. Terrific guy and a credit to the dealership! More
