LS460, GS350, ES350 & IS350 - Chris Yurocko was wonderful!! I've bought four cars through Lexus of Orlando and I've always requested Chris Yurocko and Lee to assist because of my first purchase. The first was an IS350 that only had 8000 miles on it. I basically stole it because the woman that originally bought the car drove it off the lot and realized it was too small for her and her family. I enjoyed that car for three years. The next was an LS460. Although I had some issues with the car it was still under their certified warranty and they took the appropriate action. Next, was the brand new 2014 GS350. I loved the new style of the car and the interior improvements. I contacted Chris directly to see how it was possible to get into the new model. He went above and beyond to make it financially feasible. Lastly, I purchased an ES350 for my wife. I like the sporty cars and she appreciates comfort more than anything. I read the reviews on Chris and found them distasteful. If you can afford the car and have the appropriate credit Chris will make the process as streamlined as possible. Chris has been wonderful to deal with over the years and I highly recommend that you request him upon arrival. Thanks Chris! More

Do yourself a favor whenever you buy a car from this dealership which I don't recommend to begin with, make sure you check the service history of the vehicle. Make sure you insist since they refused to provide me with that piece of information when I purchased car. Rachel Webb didn't give me any solution but to get ripped off again by the same sales team. I will make sure to damaged the reputation of this establishment just like the damaged vehicle you sold me. I will never buy nor let my family buy a vehicle from you thieves and Liars More

7 Years of Straight-Forward Advice Lyndon Walsh has been my service advisor since the first mile I bought my 2009 RX350 from Lexus of Orlando. About the extent of my interest & knowledge under the hood of a car is where do I fill the windshield washing basin? I also don't like to be overcharged even though I know it is the dealership. Given my limitations, I've found that Lyndon beautifully walks the fine line between my best interests and that of the dealership for the care and performance of my vehicle. Ask him a straight question and he gives a direct answer. Such honesty and advice from a Service Representative is most appreciated. The result has been that I've only had one incident where my Lexus didn't start. Turns out that was a battery issue which could happen most anytime in the Florida heat. I replaced the battery. When I mentioned it to Lyndon he informed me that the battery (at the time) was covered under my warranty. He filed the paperwork for me and I got a check from Lexus a couple of weeks later for the cost of the battery. More

Taking Service to next level I went in for my 50,000 mile service. It took about an hour and was an enjoyable experience. Excellent on follow up calls and texts to make sure that everything was going alright. Got a decent amount for my clunker trade in, also with no gimmicks. Any issues that I had were PROMPTLY and professionally dealt with. I've used their service department in the past, and that was also a smooth run in. Luis Jurado was an excellent person to deal with, and would highly recommend. I'd recommend anyone to go here to be honest. All I ask for in a dealer is to be blunt with me, honest and straight-forward. I made that very clear before driving an hour and a half to buy my 2010 Ford Taurus SHO, and I was definitely not disappointed.
