An excellent sales person! Charles is an excellent sales person. He was the reason why we chose Winter Park Lexus. Rude, inconsiderate, and disrespectful.. Stay away I came into this dealership a few Saturdays ago and what a terrible experience I had. I was looking at a few Pre-owned Lexus IS200's when I was greete I came into this dealership a few Saturdays ago and what a terrible experience I had. I was looking at a few Pre-owned Lexus IS200's when I was greeted by a man(extremely large Asian guy) I don't remember his name, I don't even know if he told me his name but he was well over 6ft tall. He didn't even shake my hand or ask me what my name was just immediately asked me what I was interested in, I told him I wanted to look at 2 of there vehicles that I saw online. He told me okay and that he would go inside and grab the key's. Literally over 20 minutes had passed by and I was still waiting. Next thing you know I see the same guy driving past me in a brand new Lexus with another person. He completely ditched me with no care in the world. I would think he would have at least has the decency to send someone else out there to help me instead of ignoring me. I immediately got in my car, left and went to Lexus of Melbourne that same Saturday and bought a Certified Pre-owned car there. I will not bring my car here for service or ever step foot in this dealership again. I am disappointed in Lexus as a company to even have employees like this here. The guy didn't even care that he left me out there like I was nothing, if I ran a business this man would be fired for doing things like this. I am pretty sure I am not the first customer that he has done that to and I am sure I won't be the last. This is my 4th Lexus and I know customer service is typically 5 stars with Lexus because of my past experiences with the brand, but not with this dealership, if they have a person like this working here than this is not the Lexus treatment that you will normally expect. I don't know if he sells cars or valets or what he does there, he said Hello and didn't even said goodbye just left me standing around like an idiot. Never again Lexus of winter park. You guys need to get your act together and start treating people like people and not just like a number. Stay away from here and go to Lexus of Melbourne, you will get the true Lexus experience there that you deserve. I don't see how this guy has all good ratings. He must be paying someone for reviews. He was completely correct, he did not lie to get a couple extra bucks from us while he easily could have. I seriously think that Charles is one of the most genuine guys I’ve bought a car from. He also helped me with a few of my personal questions not regarding the sale where he did not have to. He even bought my mother a painkiller when she had a migraine. He’s real deal, seriously. More
