She was very professional and seemed to really care about the problem I had when I got a new lease in early May. Within two or three days and some negotiations, she handled the situation in a manner that was appropriate and fair. I've been dealing with Lexus of Winter Park for 25 years and, because of the outcome with my issues, I will continue doing business with them. I was very upset about what happened and was actually yelling at her, but I told her not to take it personally. I told her I didn't mean to be rude to her and I knew she wasn't the one making the rules. She responded by telling me that she understood and that I wasn't being rude but that I was only being passionate. She did a great job. I never had a problem with my salesman, Allen MacDonald or the sales manager Lorraine Mantero. They were both very pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend Allen if you're in the market for a new Lexus. More

I have now purchased 15 vehicles in my lifetime and this is the second cpo lexus I've purchased from Charles Ream and Lexus of Winter Park. I can honestly say, I have never been treated as well as I have is the second cpo lexus I've purchased from Charles Ream and Lexus of Winter Park. I can honestly say, I have never been treated as well as I have been by Charles. He has always attended to my questions very timely and has always been more than willing to spend as much time as necessary to answer any questions I've had before, during and after the sale. If you want the best, most respectful, courtious and helpful assistance in buying your new or certified preowned or used Lexus, I could not recommend anyone better to help you than Charles Ream at Lexus of Winter Park. Bait and Switch This dealership thinks it is ok to advertise a car online for one price while the actual price is $7,000 more. Several of their employees argued with me that it was ok because their fine line print at the bottom of their page says that the price can vary. They remind me of a sketchy, used car salesmen. I won't be a Lexus owner anymore. I will be trading my Lexus in for an Infiniti. More

Refusal to honor warranty I recently took RS 200 sport car in with less than 20,000 miles and well under 3 years old for service (having purchased this car new from the same de I recently took RS 200 sport car in with less than 20,000 miles and well under 3 years old for service (having purchased this car new from the same dealer). One of the issues was upholstery worn through at side of driver's seat. Although clearly within warranty, Lexus refused to fix it (it took them 5 days to decide this). So much for "bumper to bumper " warranty. To stress again, this was not any kind of puncture or rip, just a wearing of two holes in the side (not even weight-bearing) of seat. I am VERY unhappy, and will be taking this up with Lexus, and then, if not resolved, with Consumer services, Better Business Bureau, Attorney General, and filing a legal suit. Thomas Nicholl More
