I have had nothing but amazing experiences at the Lexus of Orlando Dealership from the Sales dept to the Service dept. Jose is an exceptional service manager / personal. He is very honest and accomodating and on both occasions I have brought my lexus in for servicing has gone the extra mile to make sure i have a good experience. My past visit he stayed late to make sure I got my car (after arriving back late) and even gave me beverages for the drive back to tampa for myself and my five year old and put all my belongs and car seat back in for me. He is a straight shooter and a trustworthy and very helpful person when it comes to servicing your car. I would give him the highest possible rating and I would also highly recommend this dealership as i have had exceptional service with them in both sales and servicing. More

This was the third time I have had to call for road service due to a dead battery. I am concerned that this will occur again as there were no findings as to what caused the failures. At that time I was told there was a possibility the problem orginated with the alternator. The second service call was August 17, 2010. The battery was replaced and yet the same thing happened again in less than a year. I live 83.48 miles from Orlando which is a great inconvenience for me since there is not a dealer in Ocala who is authorized to service a warranty problem. More

She addressed the issue, kept me informed of their review and they paid for the rapairs in full. Had my initial complaint gotten to her right away, I doubt the bad review below would have been necessary. I've adjusted my ratings upward to reflect her positive action in resolving the problem. Very poor customer focus. Two major issues: 1. Flew to Orlando to purchase a used vehicle. Was driving back to my home, but had to wait 1.5 hours to sign paper work. Ostensibly it was only so the Finance Manager could make a sleezy attempt to sell an extended warranty - one of the least prudent purchases once can make. 2. Discovered 2 months later - when I was ready to do an oil change - that Lexus of Orlando (they had their sticker on the windshield indicating when to change oil) had stripped my oil drain plug by overtightening it. The only fix is to remove and likely replace the oil pan - which my Audi dealer informed me was $615. In contacting the dealership with an official complaint via e-mail, (they have an arbitration agreement that states a complaint must be mailed so I will be sending that next) they completely disregarded my inquiry and complaint. I'll be filing a written arbitration complaint and also filing with the Better Business Bureau. Buy elsewhere. Would not visit there ever again. More
I must commend my Service Consultant, Manny Camacho. He was so helpful, cordial, and efficient when I came in for my 15,000 mile service. Upon returning to the Lexus dealership to pick up my car and return the loaner car I ran into traffic delays due to a couple of accidents. A 15 minute drive took close to an hour and I called Manny to let him know I was on my way, but was so worried I would not make it in time before closing. He immediately put my mind at ease and was so cordial. He was there to greet me as I drove in at 7 PM. I had another hour and a half drive back home to an adjoining county and couldn't help but think about the wonderful customer service I received. Thank you, Manny, and Lexus of Orlando. You removed my worries and turned a frantic time into a pleasant ending. Your service department is the best thanks to people like you. ~ B. McKee More
The salesman (Paul Zakhary) established the tone of the dealership in one word--courtesy. His entire effort was to help me, the customer, find the car to fit my needs. I would buy from this dealer again because they held a "safety net" under me so that I would not panic or become anxious. I owned a Lexus before this purchase, and I fully intend to continue buying Lexus in the future. I intend to encourage my kids to buy Lexus (after college, another 2 years DTR). The service guys were very helpful, they showed me the underside of the car and answered my questions. I want everyone to know just how great this dealership is and I will pass my experiences along to my friends and relatives. I recently went in for service on my previous car across the street and I walked over to the Lexus lot and was looking around. I liked that I wasn't immediately attacked. After I looked through the cars and started to head back over Doug walked up and asked me how I was doing and what cars interested me. I told him I liked the IS250 but I didn't really see any that interested me in the lot. He told me he had one that might. I went in with him and he found exactly what I wanted an IS250 Manual. Needless to say I was extremely happy. He worked out a great price without being aggressive and making me uncomfortable. He is by FAR the best salesman I have ever dealt with. This is the sixth car I have purchased and the salesman was as great as the product. Even after purchasing the car Doug made himself available. I saw a scratch and Doug along with Wayne just took care of it no questions asked. Thanks Wayne you made a great first impression Thanks Doug I really appreciate it. I really enjoyed your impecable service. Everyone I know will come to you first for their next car. More
