Service I took my RX to Lexus of Wichita on 02/14/2020 at 8:15 AM, for oil and filter change, 30,000 miles service. My adviser was Rachel and she was super efficient and professional. My previous experience with a different adviser was awful! but this time, Rachel really exceeded my expectations.. She went over every detail including possible recalls my car could need. She called me when it was ready and is because of her that I will take my car again to your place for any service. Rachel is very kind and diligent, SHE IS THE BEST!! She deserves a 5+ in my book. :) More

We just returned from a trip to Hawaii and once again used the complimentary airport shuttle service. We began using this service when 1st offered several years ago and continue to be amazingly pleased used the complimentary airport shuttle service. We began using this service when 1st offered several years ago and continue to be amazingly pleased at how professional everyone in this team conducts their business. The shuttle drivers are always polite and timely. The system seems to operate fluidly. We try to combine a plane trip with service to our Lexus so it is doubly convenient. Our last airport shuttle trip was driven by Ali V. She was efficient, charming and a safe driver. Thank you for all you do. Often, when the drivers call as our plane is landing to let us know they're at the airport, I mention to the person next to me who's calling and how phenomenal Scholfield Lexus services are. They are genuinely amazed that the dealership is so customer oriented and customer friendly. Recently, when I needed to return the car to the shop for repairs, one of my friends remarked, "Hah! Good luck, you'll have to go all the way to Lexus headquarters for that." Well, my friend was absolutely wrong--Because I go to Scholfield Lexus, I did have good luck with that! I just called, explained the problem and Scholfield brought me a loaner, took my car in, fixed it and returned it as good as new, all with a smile and genuine concern that I be completely satisfied.
